The holiday season is the perfect time to put in that extra bit of effort to support small business and other entrepreneurs. Shopping local doesn’t just have to mean “geographical local” anymore – you can “shop local” in your community wherever that is.

Yoga Behind Bars and The Connection Coalition are organizations both bringing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to unserved communities.
