How often should you send out a newsletter? Well, you would like your students to be attending your studio on a regular basis, at least twice a week (and preferably more). So, a regular weekly newsletter is the best way to reach students and keep them involved.

These days people read mail on their smartphones. It’s essential that your newsletter looks great and is easy to read on phones and other small screen devices. This means you should use pictures and small amounts of text (of the right font and size) and call-to-action (CTA) buttons so that interested readers can click through to your web site to read more. Part of your proofreading process should be ensuring that your newsletter displays beautifully on your phone and that all the links work.
