Meaning, if you have multiple instructors, you can connect multiple paid Zoom accounts within the platform, allowing you to offer multiple classes at the same time*.
And we don’t just stop there. Our event management system is best-in-class, intuitive, and flexible.
You can schedule and organize classes with a couple of clicks, restrict class access to certain products and Classcards™, set registration limits and waiting lists, and monitor livestream (and in-person) attendance with ease. And the cherry on top? Any recorded livestream is automatically transferred to your Marvelous media library, ready to be added into any current product or future offering.
An added bonus for those of you using the ClassCard™ product type (our electronic version of an in-person punch card system) is that when setting up your event, you can select for the replay to become automatically visible on the event’s registration page for 3 days. From a student perspective, all they need to do is have the Classcard™ for that event, join the live stream (or watch the recording), and–voilà–a redemption is automatically deducted. It couldn’t get any easier than this!
Marvelous Makes Recording and Storing Zoom Sessions Effortless
Once you’ve connected your Zoom account(s), you can select exactly what information you want to be passed over to Marvelous. For example, you can choose whether or not you want to automatically:
Download cloud recordings scheduled outside Marvelous.
Download audio recordings via Marvelous.
Download cloud recordings for meetings/ webinars scheduled via Marvelous.
Start recording when your meeting/webinar begins.
When you're creating the event, you can also select the description of the event to be copied over to the recording.
Once the recording has been processed, it appears magically in your media library where you can edit the media file, such as:

Schedule a release date and time (optional)
Add or update the description
